The wings and eyes don’t move.The Penguin we received had different colors compared to the product picture (pink helmet and different-colored wings). The music selection is not all that great, the egg-pocket has a a few super short melodies (literally a few notes) from well known classical works – would have been great if they were more complete.The buttons are pretty hard to press and I cannot imagine a young child to be able to press them to get any sound effect.If you press the buttons yourself then it can hold a child attention for some time.The description says for 6-12 months, but the box has a warning of small parts not for children under 3 years.

My kids 15 months to 5 years loved this toy. You can take the gears off and it will play whatever instrument is on the platform. They love to spin the gear handle and watch it light up and see the bear move back and forth.
